Product information
We work to keep sizes, pack counts, colours, and availability current. Small differences can occur between screen images and physical stock.
Acceptable conduct
Do not interfere with the site, copy its content for resale, submit misleading information, or use another person's account. We may restrict access when these rules are broken.
Account and Payment
Orders are accepted after the details and payment terms are confirmed.
Order details
Review your delivery address, product selection, pack quantity, and billing information before submitting an order. An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; it does not guarantee stock until Turner Paper Goods confirms it.
Prices and charges
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and any approved account terms are added to the order total before confirmation.
Payment security
Use a payment method you are authorised to use. We may pause an order to verify billing details or resolve a payment issue. Never send full card numbers by email.
Shipping and Returns
Delivery timing depends on stock, destination, and carrier service.
